What salary do you get?
Our model is straightforward and transparent. 80% of what you bill goes into your personal R-account. Taxes and fees are handled there, and you decide how to use the rest for salary, pension, education, or wellness.
Salary is paid on the 25th each month for stability and predictability, while you keep the flexibility to shape your finances over time.
